Custom brand projects typically take between 3-8 weeks to complete. If you choose to add on a custom website, that will generally add another 6-8 weeks to the timeline (depending on the page count). For combined packages, timelines will overlap and stagger, but rest assured we’ll keep everything moving smoothly and ensure you get the results you’re looking for on time.

We’re also available via email for ongoing communication, and additional video calls can be scheduled as needed (subject to availability). Yes, we do! All custom design packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your start date and confirm our partnership. The remaining balance can be split into 2-3 installments. However, please note that to receive all final deliverables (logo, brand, and website working files), the balance must be paid in full. For consultation and coaching packages, a 20% non-refundable deposit secures your appointment(s), with the remaining balance split across your scheduled sessions. Retainer services are billed monthly.

We’ll create a custom invoice to bridge the difference between what you've already paid and the current price for the upgrade.
