MEET THE FOUNDER
Larissa McCartney
Creative Director
Larissa McCartney is a creative leader with 12+ years of experience shaping bold brand identities, integrated campaigns, and unforgettable experiences—from global stages to small business storefronts. A hands-on art and creative director with roots in events and experiential, she’s known for turning strategic insights into emotionally resonant, high-impact creative.
Her work has spanned industries and audiences, from developing keynote experiences for the Gates Foundation to reimagining brand storytelling at music festivals with PayPal, to helping bring the 50th Special Olympics Opening Ceremonies to life in front of millions. Today, she leads Super Extra, a feminist-fueled creative studio that partners with purpose-driven brands and agencies to craft work that is as smart as it is striking.
