Visual Identity Guide: A more detailed document that includes everything from logo variations and safe space to type ramps, photography guidelines, illustrations, and mood boards/in-situ mockups.
Brand Identity Guide: The full package. This comprehensive guide includes all the visual elements from the Visual Identity Guide, plus everything else—your mission, values, vision, tone & voice, and more. It’s the blueprint for how your brand communicates and presents itself across every platform.

We typically book projects 2-3 months in advance, and a deposit is required to secure your spot. Given the high volume of inquiries we receive, we recommend reaching out and filling out our contact form about 2-3 months ahead to lock in the next available start date. That way, we can ensure your project gets the attention it deserves.

Custom brand projects typically take between 3-8 weeks to complete. If you choose to add on a custom website, that will generally add another 6-8 weeks to the timeline (depending on the page count). For combined packages, timelines will overlap and stagger, but rest assured we’ll keep everything moving smoothly and ensure you get the results you’re looking for on time.

Heck yes! You may add on any collateral marketing pieces, a social media suite, extra patterns, iconography etc. Just please let us know and we will provide a custom add-on quote for you. Timing and delivery may be affected.

Absolutely! For an additional fee, we can integrate features like an online store, blog, scheduling system, or membership area into your site. During our free 20-minute consultation call, we’ll go over all the details and provide you with a custom quote based on your specific needs.

For sure! Each project includes multiple video calls and design rounds to ensure we're aligned every step of the way. We’re also available via email for ongoing communication, and additional video calls can be scheduled as needed (subject to availability). Your vision is our priority, and we’ll be with you through every stage of the process.

Yes, we do! All custom design packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your start date and confirm our partnership. The remaining balance can be split into 2-3 installments. However, please note that to receive all final deliverables (logo, brand, and website working files), the balance must be paid in full. For consultation and coaching packages, a 20% non-refundable deposit secures your appointment(s), with the remaining balance split across your scheduled sessions. Retainer services are billed monthly.

No problem! If you purchase The Tiny Extra, The Essential, or The Super package, you can always return to upgrade to a full brand identity or add a website later. We’ll create a custom invoice to bridge the difference between what you've already paid and the current price for the upgrade. This offer is valid for up to one year after the delivery of your initial visual assets. You’ll have the flexibility to grow your brand at your own pace.
